C3PR

George Lucas is gonna be pissed.

You would think that, with C3pr taking up so much of my time, I’d have put together a web page for it by now.
Nope.

C3PR is … um … Charlie, the Ping Pong Playing Robot.

This is one of those things I’ve always wanted to do, so I’m doing it.  Slowly.
I’ve been working on it, off and on, for forever, but it’s come a long way, and I’m starting to take myself seriously.  The goal is to win tournaments.

Lets be clear: C3PR is not ready for prime time. I just wanted to start documenting my progress and sharing some milestones.

This is the first time I totally assembled it.

The first time I taped myself, I said “Look at those gestures! The mannerisms! The cadence of speech! The hair!
Wow, is that what I look like?”
Yes, it is.
